1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Easy Pro Technologies ("Sponsor"), a company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey. All correspondence regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to Easy Pro Technologies via the contact information available at whendoiexpire.com.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Easy Pro Technologies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household as such persons are not eligible to enter or win.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 2, 2026 and ends on April 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period closes will not be accepted. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit whendoiexpire.com/winmembership and complete the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, email address, occupation, city, state, and confirming your age and agreement to these Official Rules. Submission of a completed entry form constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, per email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are prohibited and will be void.

No purchase, payment, or subscription is necessary to enter. Entering the Sweepstakes does not create an obligation to purchase any product or service from Easy Pro Technologies.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) one-year Pro Membership to the When Do I Expire mobile application and web portal (collectively, the "Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $79.99. The total ARV of all Prizes is $399.95.

The Pro Membership provides access to premium features of the When Do I Expire service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the prize is activated on the winner's account. The Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No substitution of Prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Five (5) potential winners will be selected by Easy Pro Technologies in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about April 16, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within three (3) days of the drawing (on or about April 19, 2026). It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate and capable of receiving messages.

Each potential winner must create a When Do I Expire account (if they do not already have one) and claim their prize within thirty (30) days of the date the winner notification email is sent. Failure to respond and claim the Prize within this period will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Easy Pro Technologies is not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other factors beyond the Sponsor's control.

Receipt of a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. By accepting the Prize, winners agree that the Sponsor may use their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor. In such event, the Sponsor may award Prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Easy Pro Technologies and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use of any Prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) errors in the entry form; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.

9. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Information collected from entrants will be used by Easy Pro Technologies to administer this Sweepstakes and, if separately consented to, to send marketing communications about When Do I Expire, ClavaNet, and other products and services offered by Easy Pro Technologies. Your email address will not be sold to third parties. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at a location determined by the arbitrator in the State of New Jersey; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon this arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Entrant further agrees that (i) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and (ii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Winner List
